The dial has a couple of very faint hairline cracks to the outer edge between 10 & 11 o'clock although not noticeable to the naked eye, but is in nice condition with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. The watch glass has light marking but is very acceptable. The case has light surface marks from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1930s watch. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The watch measures 50.6mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The movement is protected by an inner hinged fitted cover. The movement is stamped 16 jewels, 4 adjustments, Swiss made and the calibre number 919. The watch has a good quality Swiss 16 jewel movement which is working well.
